When we talk about numbers, it is worth noting that PPFA stopped backfilling roles months ago — and without job security, a lot of union members (and others!) already left the org.

You also can’t effectively support the affiliates without consulting the experts about how resources should be spent. That means the workers who actually make the affiliates run, not the management who try to bust our unions. They don’t know what workers or patients need, we do!
