Commuting with the @halfbikes after a day of team fun in the office. All those who thought I was crazy with my comment, re "rewiring the brain" to use it. Now they get it. 9.5kg Agility machine. Pure #Agile
Local team also got same pricing this AM. But couldn't assist. So 15 mins with @Selfridges customer services...with no resolution. Asked to speak to manager, 5 minutes on hold, then disconnected. #CustomerService a bit more than cr@p. @MartinSLewis any thoughts?
Apply an agile approach to agility and achieve big through small. Start with small teams, small slices of value, and small investments. The time to value, to learning, to achievement, to improving outcomes (not just activity) is sooner.

It needs repeating, repeatedly.
Agile is a means to an end, not an end in itself.
I've just come across another large (German) firm "deploying" #Agile by "implementing" #Scrum to "deliver" #businessagility
Will they be extending beyond the basics of agile?
Will it work out?
Apparently, we know that...
"What worked in the past will not work in the future"
So, why do so many organisations still advocate systems that were established a century ago?
"An agile coach helps organizations navigate through complex and changing environments, provides motivation, and helps people stay focused on their desired outcomes"
Are the less experienced able to do the above?
But seemingly not all #Agile coaches are created equally.
Unearthed a truly excellent article on @johncutlefish blog, The Beautiful Mess, titled 'We need someone who has done "it" before'.
Much resonates. As someone who's sorted out "it" in 1 year, having never done "it" before. I replaced 3 who'd done "it"; but failed during 6 years
Refreshing. "Clean Agile" by @unclebobmartin
Love the final sentence...
"Those (#Agile) basics are old, tried, and true. No matter how much new fluff is added around the edges, those basics are still there, still relevant, and still the core of Agile software development."
For many years, agile, and more recently, agility, have been buzzwords.
Often perceived as the panacea to all possible business and technology issues.
Is there still a lack of clarity and consensus about what agile and agility really mean?

So very true. It took me too many years to figure this out.
In 2017, Inc. Magazine published an insightful article, stating...
