Apply an agile approach to agility and achieve big through small. Start with small teams, small slices of value, and small investments. The time to value, to learning, to achievement, to improving outcomes (not just activity) is sooner.

Agile is a means to an end, not an end in itself.

I've just come across another large (German) firm "deploying" #Agile by "implementing" #Scrum to "deliver" #businessagility

Will they be extending beyond the basics of agile?
Will it work out?

So, why do so many organisations still advocate systems that were established a century ago?

Unearthed a truly excellent article on @johncutlefish blog, The Beautiful Mess, titled 'We need someone who has done "it" before'.
Much resonates. As someone who's sorted out "it" in 1 year, having never done "it" before. I replaced 3 who'd done "it"; but failed during 6 years
