शुक्रवार दोपहर को सैंकड़ों #CSS अधिकारी, नॉर्थ ब्लॉक में पहुंचे। 2013 बैच के लगभग 1100 ASO, 'सेक्शन अफसर' बनने का इंतजार कर रहे हैं। लगभग एक हजार ASO' तो 'एसओ' बनने की सभी शर्तें पूरी करते हैं। संसद में भी पदोन्नति का सवाल उठ चुका है। CSS फोरम ने भी कई बार इस मुद्दे को उठाया है।
