This is no longer a routine civic complaint. Residents and daily commuters are being forced to endure unsafe, unmotorable roads every day, including severe hardship for persons with disabilities.

The MLA must be brought to the ground, the concerned agencies directed to act, and a clear time-bound resolution delivered without further excuses or political blame games.
