I can’t believe coaches buy machines. Give me 20 bench’s, 20 sets of Powerblocks, 20 18” boxes and we can train a team of 60 at once. Machines don’t make business sense. They cost too much money, take up too much space and do 1 thing. And then there’s the function argument.
Questions you should ask yourself:
1. How do you handle transition?
2. How do you handle bad news?
3. How do you handle someone else's good news?
4. How do you handle people/things that you *feel* cant help you?
