I keep hearing there's no such thing as safe high yield stocks (high yield defined as anything with a 5%+ yield).

I couldn't disagree more. There are a bunch in Canada, and even more in other markets.

3 core exercises to do every day if you sit at a desk:

1. Bird Dogs work the back (aka. posterior) part of your core.

This exercise allows for correct movement, control, and stability of the entire body.

2. McGill Crunches target the front (aka. anterior) part of your core.

They help you maintain a healthy and functional spine.

3. Side Planks work the side (aka. lateral) part of your core.

They help you develop a strong, stable core while also strengthening your glutes, hips, and shoulders.

Tips on doing these exercises:
· Brace your core by pushing out your abs
· Squeeze your glutes as if you’re trying to crush a quarter in your butthole.
· Don’t rush through them. Control each movement.

Aim for one set of 6 reps of each exercise. Do these to start your day off or as a break between desk sessions.

Your body and core will thank you.

to benefit if the bettor can expect to be treated in an ethical mannor. I have learned the hard way dealing
with Shady offshore companies like #Pinnacle

#Pinnacle after they closed my account and cancelled
my Hockey and Baseball season win total bets. I really have no recourse and they are free to do as they please.

money with any other book. #Pinnacle is great except if you want to withdrawal any
winnings.

Are you aware that if you deposit say 5000.
they require you to make 15,000 in bets or
you get a 10% penalty to withdrawal money

be aware that #Pinnacle has an obsure clause in there Terms & Conditions that all deposits require
a 3 times rollover or are subject to a 10% penalty for withdrawals. Most books only have this for bonuses.
