Thank you @drcharit for your article and the ways to diagnose weakened "architecture of the wall" and managing it through modern medicine.
I would like to add that there are lifestyle choices we can make to prevent the weakening and also managing it. These are well researched and scientifically proven to be effective.
Somehow, this information is suppressed and even doctors don't talk about it.

@gdalmiathinks Very useful. But perhaps this chart can be slightly confusing. For e.g. Kidney beans or rajma have 20+ grams of protein per 100 grams of raw beans. Here perhaps they are meaning cooked beans alongwith water and other ingredients.
