@jess_marnich @aaronsmith @leitoi24 I had the pleasure (?) Of swimming in the frigid waters of the Humbolt currents off Pichelemu (tried surfing too), a few (short) dips up the mountains and was tempted (but couldn't) to swim in a lake near Perito Moreno (with lumps of ice floating around).

@Bundogs Last 10kms definitely, last 2kms brutal, last km I wanted to cry.
Previous longest training was 14kms
More sprint/squad sessions in the pool - would have added a lot of missed speed.
