@BarrySchwartzBW Good discussion Barry. One other thing I would add is I've noted when companies start buy backs, they continue regardless of the valuation of the stock. This means the buy backs continue even if stock is overvalued. Which CEO is your opinion does the best job of managing this?

@BenRabidoux Agreed. Should be held liable personally as directors of the corporation with much higher penalties than $1K (which is a joke compared to how much money has been made by exploiting the system).

@Tablesalt13 They charge $40-$50k to some workers just to “allow” them to work in their company by selling them LMIAs. A $1,000 penalty is a total joke. They should be jailed.
