@bhash Good for @OlaElectric if this is true. I have been loyal supporter and enthusiast so got one when etergo was launched as S1Pro. While I have enjoyed it, I would not dare to support it further.

@IndiaTriumph before I took delivery of Speed400, I had noticed issue at exhaust collar and leak which was agreed to be fixed in later services. Now Keerthi triumph is asking for some approvals/etc. could you please help in this?

@IndiaTriumph @nitin_gadkari @ACKOSupport why is that new policy for Speed400 (ex showroom- 2,33,000) costs 23,000 where as similarly priced Honda CB 350(Ex showroom - 2,14,000) costs 12,000? Is it another way to charge consumer and pay showrooms? @_bajaj_auto_ltd

@OlaElectric I purchased care+ plan and now when I need my fork arm replaced, I am unable to schedule it. How can I get my forearm upgraded at home? Recently visited Jayamahal Ola service center to find it’s closed. App had let me schedule it there. You have to fix these.

#olas1pro #handlelockissue is that when turned to the left and locked, some scooters were found to be having problem with sensing unlock button. Workaround: lock with handle turned to right #olas1unlockisuue

@bhash @OlaElectric encountered a new problem, physical button for on/off are not working/unable to reboot too, now this afternoon app based lock/unlock too gave up. 2 complains and one DM is already done. Sure there is scope for you to channel issues better. #toomuchtosupport

Day6: got call in the morning from field service guy and he visited the site and fixed issue. Full front cable network interconnecting the Electrical’s were replaced. A known issue with earlier models. Fixing took time and not for daily commuters is what I felt.@OlaElectric
