Everyone knows Maggi is unhealthy, but how healthy is Atta Maggi?

I had gone to an underprivileged school to speak at an event where a student told me that they no longer have rotis, but they have Atta maggi for dinner everyday.

I asked him why? He said because Atta Maggi's ad says that it has the fibre of 3 rotis, so instead of rotis, it is more convenient for their family to have Atta Maggi!

I felt really sad that day and I understood how much misleading ads manipulate millions of Indian parents everyday!

Here is a brutally honest review of Atta Maggi!

Till about 2010, peanut butter was not at all popular in India. Through successful ads, many urban Indians have now started consuming peanut butter because it is supposed to be "high in protein".

Peanut butter is NOT high in protein! It is HIGH in calories. One spoon of peanut butter has only 4g of protein and 100 calories!

A 70kg person needs approximately 70g of protein everyday. Even if you have 17 spoons of peanut butter, you will still not meet your daily protein requirement.

We measured which soft drink is worst for our teeth!! Anything less than 5 on a PH scale erodes our enamel. Water measures around a 7 on the PH scale. But what about coke, pepsi, sprite, diet coke and fanta?

I collaborated with a senior dentist and we measured the PH level of each soft drink!

The idea to make this video was to remind everyone (especially kids) about the impact of aerated drinks on our teeth! Share!
