@reliancejio @JioCare raised complaint on 06 Oct the Service request was closed without resolving issue. I called jio care they informed SR is resolved and not closed. so they will work and send the engineer. Still no one came to resolved. Can you help here.

@delhivery the awb no 37910910318905 is not yet delivered and staus on your site is wrong. There was no attempt to deliver the product as i was working from home and no person came. I also checked the security and no entry found. Lets no loose the trust with wrong status

@NoBrokerCare Booking ID LL-9325966 is pending with landlord biometric. I am following from 19 nov 2025 but everytime no broker confirms that it has been scheduled 8 pm but no one comes to do biometric and it is happening from last wednesday. Pls look into the matter.
