@SwiggyCares Order ID is in the attached screenshot. Also a delivery count was reduced from my one account event though the order was never delivered. Had ordered for my guests who left without eating. It was such an embarrassing situation.

Sharing the most pathetic experience i have faced on this platform till date. I had placed an order around 8.45pm from Meraki Malad outlet which was to be delivered by 65-70 mins. The order was picked around 10pm when the order was to be delivered.

@Swiggy @SwiggyCares Tried calling the executive who didn't respond. After picking up the order, he was stuck at place for more than 15 mins and again didn't answer my calls. Then I got a call from him rudely saying he's canceling the order. This happened 2 hours after i placsc the order.

@AmazonHelp I am call with your executives right now, who just confirmed it won't be delivered on 4th as well. I have blocked funds on my credit card and have to wait for a refund. It was a 27 mins conversation. Let me share the last 10 mins. The tech team is not sure what's causing delay.
