@santkabirnagpol श्रीमान जी, उक्त प्रकरण में पूर्व में प्रार्थना-पत्र प्रस्तुत किया जा चुका है तथा राजस्व विभाग से आवश्यक अनुमति भी प्राप्त हो चुकी है !

इसके बावजूद संबंधित भूमि से अवैध कब्जा अभी तक नहीं हटाया गया है !

मेहदावल थाना प्रभारी श्री राकेश कुमार सिंह जी को भी अवगत कराया जा चुका है, किंतु अब तक कोई प्रभावी कार्यवाही नहीं हुई है !

अतः आपसे विनम्र अनुरोध है कि प्रकरण का संज्ञान लेकर नियमानुसार आवश्यक कार्यवाही करते हुए अवैध कब्जा हटवाने की कृपा करें !

An agreement was also made regarding removal of the construction, yet construction has still not removed from our land.

URGENT APPEAL FOR JUSTICE

I am Usha Tiwari, resident of Village Jabbar, Post Sandey Khurd, Tehsil Mehdawal, District Sant Kabir Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.

My family has been struggling over our ancestral land, where the opposite party, Diwakar Singh, has carried out construction which we claim is on our land.

I first approached the authorities on 1 August and have since approached the DM, SDM, Tehsildar and the Hon'ble MLA of Mehdawal, seeking a fair and lawful resolution.

An agreement was also made regarding removal of the construction, yet the construction has still not been removed from our land.
