Meet Bank Of India, now Bank of India is boasting about 56% increase in Staff welfare fund.

Now let’s break up these benefits :-
New staff welfare fund is of 845 Crores for 15 lakh employees (working plus retired) which roughly means 6500₹ per employee.

so 6500₹ means a welfare fund of Rs 500 per month. And this is after increase of 56%. Which means earlier staff welfare fund was of Rs 320 which is now Rs 500 per month per employee.

Any see how Bank Of India boasting about it .

Be respectful towards your employees dear Bank of India. Demand about 5Days Work for your employees , don’t be a sycophant, be a true banker, stand with solidarity with your colleagues.
