My issue with @MyNykaa isn't just their BIG lies about delivery timelines and their over promises. It's also the lack of customer service and the frustration that comes with no one taking accountability for the negligence at Nyka.
Horrible horrible experience
First of all either get rid of marketing gimmicks if you dont want to serve customers. Forget rid of pathetic delivery partners who do not deliver even when parcel has reached in the same location facility.
@MyNykaa Its high time to leave loyalty and boycott your services. Until last year you were soaring because of the services and being customer friendly. Now probably you dont want to grow further and has become complacent.
