my portfolio is live!
I grew up going to the modern art museums in dc, and now I go to the ones in nyc. I wanted my portfolio to feel like an exhibition of my own, showing my work across graphic design, motion, and interaction.

@Davidmhornsby working on a new animation in figma motion! Here are some things I'd love to see added:
1. Linking scenes like prototype frames. Drop a scene into a master frame and it snaps to end, with transitions between scenes (dissolve, push, smart animate). The outer timeline would just show scenes + transitions, and you'd click into a scene to edit its keyframes
2. Letting multiple audio clips sit on the same track. Right now each clip gets its own track, which wastes space. ⌘D could then place the audio copy right after on the same track.
Curious what the team's thinking is here to keep them separate!
3. Looping component animations for things like idle states, candle flicker, or blinking, so I don't have to copy+paste cycle till it fills timeline
4. Shift+click on timeline tracks to select everything in between, like in the layers panel
5. Text appearing and moving along a path, like in ae
@pranavibuilds Would love to see (and hear) that! If you give it a go, let me know how it goes, and if there’s anything missing you’d want to see added.

@seb__design@z00med0ut This is what I found too! It’s easier and I get better results when translating to code with paper. Haven’t tried the new figma code layers yet, but maybe it’s better now
wanted a place to collect all the design projects i've posted on X, so i built an "everything" page for my portfolio
my fav is the gravity well animation i created for it :)
