A swift attention is needed from our competent authority to have a look into this ever ongoing issue and help us with permanent solution.

Against complaint reference number UC03cdf36ab50684a8685f3cacb4a565dd5, I am really disappointed with the resolution. It seems there is a lack of complaint redressal system and channel to escalate. Can you please look into this and help to resolve.
