SRI AUROBINDO : Experience is not a criterion. It is a means of arriving at the Truth. But experience is one thing and its express1on is another. You are again putting reason up as the true judge over experience which is above reason. When people differ over experience they differ in laying the stress or in mental preference for this or that side of the experience. It doesn't mean that experience itself is invalid. It is only when you try to put it in mental language that the differences arise, because such language is too poor to express it. As soon as you bring in mental terms,
you limit it.
Truth is infinite and there are inummerable sides to it. Each conclusion of reason expresses something of that Infinite. Only when reason says that it contains the whole truth in a conclusion it is wrong. If you find that experiences also differ, you have to go on adding experience after experience till you come to the reconciling experience in which all others find their places.
When you want to describe a spiritual experience, you are obliged to use mental terms which are quite inadequate. That is why the Vedantins say that mind and speech can never express the Truth. Still you can manage to express something somehow as long as you have not gone beyond the level of the Overmind. When you enter the Supermind, then ... (Sri Aurobindo began to shake his head, and resumed after a pause)... it is extremely difficult. And if you go still further towards the Absolute, it is almost impossible.
Reason takes up one standpoint and declares the others to be false. For instance, if it speaks of the Truth as impersonal, the Truth for it is only impersonal and can never be personal; or vice versa. Really, both the personal and the impersonal are true; wherever there is the personal there is also the impersonal, and this holds too the other way round. When you transcend both you arrive at the Absolute.

S : Of which the two are aspects.

SRI AUR0BIND0 : Yes, but it doesn't mean that they are less true for being aspects or that the Absolute excludes them. When you throw aside reason you reach the all-including Absolute.
One reasoner looks at a thing in one aspect and declares that this alone is right, another in some other aspect and swears by that. Reason to be really reasonable must have various points of view. It can't be right if its accounts don't differ. As I said, there are various sides in Reality. If the descriptions of the several countries of the world were the same, they wouldn't be true.

S: How?

P : If you describe Switzerland and the U.S.A. in the same manner, how would you be correct ?

அரசு செலவில் உயர்படிப்பு படிக்கிறார்கள். படிக்கும் சமயத்தில் அவர்களுக்கு சம்பளமும் தரப்படுகிறது. இதற்கு பதிலாக அரசாங்கம் அவர்களை அரசு மருத்துவமனைகளில் அரசு சம்பளத்துடன் பணிபுரிய சொல்கிறது. அப்படி பணி செய்ய முடியவில்லை என்றால் அவர்கள் படிப்பிற்கு அரசாங்கம் செய்த செலவை கொடுத்துவிட்டு செல்லலாம் என்று சொல்கிறது.

ஆனால் 10% மருத்துவர்கள் அரசு செலவில் படித்துவிட்டு நீண்ட விடுப்பில் வெளிநாடுகளுக்கு சென்று பணிபுரிகிறார்கள். தனியார் மருத்துவமனைகளில் பணிபுரிகிறார்கள். தனியார் மருத்துவமனை மற்றும் ஸ்கேன் சென்டர்கள் நடத்துகிறார்கள். இவர்கள் மீது என்ன நடவடிக்கை எடுத்துள்ளீர்கள் என்று அரசாங்கத்தை நோக்கி அறப்போர் இயக்கம் கேள்வி எழுப்பியதை அடுத்து தற்பொழுது அரசாங்கம் முழுமையற்ற ஒரு தகவலை வெளியிட்டுள்ளது. 680 மருத்துவர்கள் மீது நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க இறுதி ஆணை பிறப்பிக்கப்பட்டு விட்டதாக சொல்லி இருக்கிறது. ஆனால் அந்த 680 மருத்துவர்கள் யார்? அவர்கள் மீது பிறப்பிக்கப்பட்ட இறுதி ஆணை என்ன என்பதை வெளியிடவில்லை.

வெளிப்படையான நிர்வாகத்தை தருவதாக உறுதி அளித்துள்ள TVK அரசு ஏன் இந்த விவரங்களை வெளிப்படையாக வெளியிடவில்லை. யார் அவர்களை தடுத்தது? இரண்டு மாதங்களாக தொடர் விடுமுறையில் இருந்தாலே காவல்துறையில் தெரிவிக்க வேண்டும், பிணயப்பத்திர தொகை வட்டியுடன் வசூலிக்கப்பட வேண்டும், பாஸ்போர்ட் ரத்து செய்யப்பட வேண்டும் என்ற விதிமுறைகள் இருக்க பல ஆண்டுகளாக நீண்ட நெடிய விடுமுறையில் இருக்கும் இந்த 10% மருத்துவர்கள் மீது என்ன நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது என்று தெரிந்து கொள்ள மக்களாகிய எங்களுக்கு உரிமை இல்லையா?

தமிழக நெடுஞ்சாலை துறையில் ஒரு விஞ்ஞான ஊழல்

தமிழக நெடுஞ்சாலை துறையின் கீழ் வரும் சாலைகள் மூன்று வகையாக பிரிக்கப்படும்.

(1) SH - State Highways

(2) MDR - Main District Roads

(3) ODR - Other District Roads

ஒரு சாலை புதிதாக போடப்பட்டால் அந்த ஒப்பந்ததாரர் அடுத்த 5 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு அந்த சாலையின் பராமரிப்பு பணியை மேற்கொள்ள வேண்டும். இதை நெடுஞ்சாலை துறையில் - Defect Liability என்று அழைக்கிறார்கள். எளிமையாக சொன்னால் ஒரு பொருள் வாங்கினால் கொடுக்கப்படும் கியாரண்டி போல.

தமிழகத்தில் உள்ள பெரும்பாலான சாலைகள் புதிய சாலைகளே. இந்நிலையில், இந்த ஆண்டு ஜனவரி மாதம், தமிழகத்தில் உள்ள அனைத்து சாலைகளையும் பராமரிக்க நெடுஞ்சாலைத்துறை அமைச்சர் எ.வ. வேலு உத்தரவில் நெடுஞ்சாலை துறையின் Construction & Maintenance பிரிவின் தலைமை பொறியாளர் சத்யபிரகாஷ் 600 கோடி ரூபாய் மதிப்பில் டெண்டர் விட்டார்.

தமிழகத்தின் சாலைகளில் மொத்தமாக பராமரிப்பு பணிகளை (Patch Works) மேற்கொள்ள எந்த தேவையும் இல்லை. லஞ்சம் வாங்குவதற்காக மட்டும் ஜனவரி 2026 ல் இந்த டெண்டர் விடப்பட்டு 600 கோடியில் 35 சதவிகிதத்தை கமிஷனாக பெற்றார் எ.வ. வேலு. ஒப்பந்ததாரர்களுக்கும் இது வசதி. வேலையே செய்யாமல் எளிதாக வரும் இந்த பணத்துக்காக ஒப்புக்கொண்டு 35 சதவிகித லஞ்சத்தை ஜனவரி மாதம் கொடுத்து விட்டனர்.

நெடுஞ்சாலை பொறியாளர் சத்யபிரகாஷ் Construction & Maintenance பிரிவுக்கு நியமிக்கப்பட வேலுவுக்கு கொடுத்த லஞ்சம் எவ்வளவு தெரியுமா ? 40 கோடி. (ஒரு வருடத்துக்கு. ஒரு வருடம் முடிந்ததும் Top Up செய்ய வேண்டும்). இப்பதவிக்கு வந்ததும், சத்யபிரகாஷ் நெடுஞ்சாலை துறையில் இருந்த 43 மண்டலங்களிலும் தலா 25 லட்ச ரூபாய் வசூல் செய்து முடித்தார்.

இது போக, தனக்கு வசூல் செய்து தருவதற்கென்றே, ஒரு தலைமை பொறியாளரை பதவி அளித்து நெடுஞ்சாலை துறையில் வைத்திருந்தார் வேலு. சந்திரசேகர் என்ற தலைமை பொறியாளர் இரண்டு ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன்பே ஓய்வு பெற்று விட்டார். அவரை Senior Technical Officer என்ற பதவியில் நியமனம் செய்து, தனக்கு வசூல் செய்து தருவதற்காகாவே பிரத்யேகமாக வைத்திருந்தார். @evvelu .

இதுபோல தோண்ட தோண்ட ஒவ்வொரு துறையிலும் ஊழல் புகார்கள் வந்துகொண்டே இருக்கின்றன.
