Is this a message to Jerome Powell🤔The firing of Governor Cook is more than just an isolated event. It is widely interpreted as a direct escalation of the ongoing conflict between the president and the Federal Reserve, with the ultimate message to Jerome Powell being that his position and the Fed's policy choices are under threat if they do not conform to the administration's economic agenda.
AI gravy train keeps going. Hopefully it will continue, as I am in tech. It’s just a bit unsettling that the Oracle of Omaha is just sitting on $340 billion of cash and not dipping into any new tech plays except 🍎 which he bought a couple of years back. What does Master Yoda know that we don’t.
@JordanLeeGrowth@EntrepBuilder_ If this AI bubble burst. These new AI focused private companies are going to get decimated. The large public tech companies, have been around with solid business models, they too will take a hit, but not as bad as the ones in the private market.
@MarioNawfal In the short term, AI might be more hype than actual return on investment (ROI), much like the internet was during its early years. In the long term, however, it is poised to become a game changer, potentially surpassing the internet in its impact.
@Forbes I believe that learning from experiences plays a more pivotal role in a person's success in life than formal education, though I don’t wish to diminish the significant value of a solid educational foundation, which remains equally important.
@mikealfred Apple has bigger problems than buying Bitcoin. They need to invest more on AI as they are lagging far behind the other Mag7 companies in the AI space. Don’t know if their table top robot will be enough. 😜
Higher education was traditionally seen as a sure path to a better life, but the rise of AI, highlighted by ChatGPT, has changed this. Now, careers like plumbing and electrical work are considered potentially more stable and lucrative in the US. Families must reconsider if a costly university degree is still the best option.
