Order #403-2366136-1521115 marked “Delivered” on 19 Jan, but nothing was actually delivered. Called @amazonIN the same day, promised escalation by 21 Jan. Followed up today and found no escalation was ever raised. Prime member still chasing basics. Is this the service standard ?
