@MedPlusIndia calling me 4 times a day will not make me change my mind for taking subscription. Told multiple times not to call me but still I get calls. Can someone stop this harassment?
@EurekaForbes bad service experience, technicians not willing to come for service even though ticket is raised and 2 days passed. One customer service called to renew AMC, said service will be done but no progress. Renewing AMC matters service not.
@zeptocares Today I received call but Iโm informed that refund cannot be issued because I didnโt raise issue in 3 days. Order was cancelled by customer support person, so refund is by default. Not on me to follow up on refund. Please issue refund.
@ZeptoNow your user experience is very unfriendly. My order from April30 was returned as I ordered at wrong location. I was able to contact customer support and cancel the order. But now Iโve not received refund and unable to contact customer support. Please help
@AirIndiaX I do understand we cannot combine check -in and cabin baggage, however 5 kg more check in luggage for 3 passengers is not justified. Iโve travelled a lot, have always seen reasonable staff with minor +- always allowed.
@AirIndiaX bad experience at Guwahati airport. IX2892 flight. Check in weight higher by few kilos, however no cabin baggage. Still staff insisted on paying for extra luggage. Very unpleasant and unnecessary last minute stress.

Iโm happy to throw it away as neither Toshiba / Hisense nor Reliance ready to provide amicable solution at limited price with warranty justifying the price. But no more products ahead from either company or supplier
@ToshibaTV_India bad customer service. For our out of warranty television, Toshiba is denying to service it and pushing it on @RelianceResQ , because we purchase from reliance digital online

So the struggle continues. Hisense just follow up. ResQ changing price of repair. Initial price of repair 3500, new price 5300 with only 6 m warranty. For TV of 13k, it's not worth. Why buy from reliance?and why Hisense or Toshiba Worst experience
