@DeutscheBank I raised a fraud transaction alert of around 500 euros 10 months back. Still no response from the management team. No reply since I sent communication email with all the details. This is a very bad service from your cards department.

@bookingcom My booking was cancelled with reason card not working. Same card was used for other bookings. Without reaching the customer for the issue, cancelling at the last moment is very bad customer experience. Tried reaching customer care, no response yet after 48 hours.

@blrcitytraffic One of my friend was harassed by auto driver. The distance between metro station and her home is 3.8km. The meter showed 5.8km and was charged 76. He took one and half rate on top of this because she was travelling after 10pm.

When she told the driver that the meter was rigged, he started shouting at her in kannada. At the end he did take one and half on 76 and left. Please take a report of this against the Auto driver. Request you to take action.
