Creating highways to reduce travel time from Mumbai 2 Nagpur, Mumbai 2 Delhi. How about ppl getting stuck at toll plaza daily for 30-40 mins. Really need some more innovation there. Fast Tag is not helping for sure. @nitin_gadkari @MiraBhayanderKr

@airtelindia I just ported from Vodafone 2 Airtel black a week back Called up the customer care n was speaking to a guy by name Thakur Nilesh, this was very rude n was careless to resolve my query. Looks like they don't need new customers.

@airtelindia I asked him to transfer the call to his line manager, he says there is no manager on d floor n his attitude was like, do whatever u want. Nothing is gonna change here. Can Airtel team take this up n atleast warm the guy. Need quick resolution on this.
