The college authority is demanding an hefty amount as semester fees that too within a very short period of time. It had also been noticed that the semester fees for 2nd semester is double than the other even sems.

How can a govt. Engineering
College take admission fees during this pandemic situation when the state govt. itself has relieved the same by waiving for the whole session?

How can a government college demand admission fees that too within two days when the govt has already waived off all fees of admission, exam etc for 2020-2021 Also we haven't availed any of the college facilities.
