There is drainage just in front of Gold Souk Mall which is unhygienic. The drainage is causing problems to passersby and entering towards Sushant Apartments. It can become breeding ground for dengue and malaria. @mcgurgaon kindly resolve this as it is health hazard.

On Jan 2, a service request with @Crompton_India was raised for replacement of fan parts through 18004190505 (IVRS based) shown on their website. The request was closed with none attending it. @Crompton_India needs to see that IVRS without humans is leading to poor customer care.
