It's clearly indicates, total cost will remain unaltered if unit is to be registered on carpet area basis And it will not alter sales consideration. @DrKKKhandelwal

There is NO power, water connection, boundaries, community hall/creche etc. Also Inside flat as well there are many discrepancies. Need your help!
