I requested a relocation on 04/04/2026 through the MyJio app, but it still hasn’t been completed as of today (10/04/2026). In between, I even received a call to cancel the request, and the representative mentioned the wrong address. Now showing 12/04/2026.

We had a very unpleasant experience while booking our stay in Kedarnath. We had booked a place online called Hotel Ganga. After completing a long and tiring journey and trek, we reached Kedarnath only to realize that there is no such hotel here. @ShriKedarnath @bookingcom

The only similar property is Hotel Ganga Kinara, and even their staff mentioned that another couple had faced the same issue before.
This was extremely frustrating after such a physically exhausting journey across multiple states.

Our suggestion to fellow travelers is: do not book hotels online for Kedarnath in advance. Still complaining about Booking of Hotel Ganga but @bookingcom is not taking any action so they are participating in this fraud.
