@socialepfo I had PF amount present under the same UAN number for 2 PF accounts (KDMAL00409220000000529 and PUPUN03041980000021462). My PF withdrawal claim has been settled but only amount of the second PF account is being settled. Shouldn't the entire UAN amount be withdrawn?

@HDFCBank_Cares I already wrote to them and they said the issue is with the depository (DP) service of Hdfc bank.. I think you two sister companies need to talk to each other and figure out who is at fault and give me my money back

@hdfcsec Someone from your backend team should be assigned and they should call me with exact data points in front of them. I have already raised a complaint with BSE and SEBI, and now I think I will also have to take legal action.

@hdfcsec Your customer support team does not understand the issue at all..they have no knowledge of the exact problem that I have clearly stated in emails as well as in DM. They keep repeating things that I already know, instead of focusing on the actual problem.
