I have received the annual charge of INR xxx for the card that expired last year and I have never received the new card, why is the annual charge shown in the statement?
I tried reaching your cc over mail & phone, no proper response
@StanChart Do I have any update here, my annual charges are due in a couple of days, post that you will charge interest and late fees on that for the card I don't have!!!
Received my card on 10th Aug, it was Issued in July, so tell how can someone avail benefit which needs to be activated within 30 days when the card itself arrived a month later? That's the justification given by your executive for not receiving my SonyLiv Voucher @AxisBank#fraud
@AxisBank@AxisBankSupport it should be from the day the Customer receives its card not from the date of issuance, it's a complete fraud and cheating by such a renowned bank, it's not a customer problem if you deliver your card a month or couple of months later

This is a cheating done by your credit card department..I applied for Axis my zone cc because it's providing me few benefits including Sony LIV subscription, today I called Customer care to understand why I haven't received any update on my voucher

@amazonIN I have ordered a few items and the items show deliver and I never got that order, I humbly request customer care to replace those as that were urgent and Customer Care said that there's some issue at the backend and will be delivered within 24hrs..
@amazonIN and now everyday I call the care executive they say please wait for another 24 hours, and now today they said wait for another 48hrs, How much I'll have to wait for my orders? It's been more than 72 hours and the issue is still pending..!!
