Hey #amazon_india. Why on earth you have a customer care service especially for delivery related issues, it is no good than the portal tracking. And there are always a delivery issue. I guess its a way to stall/mock the customers. Very bad.@amazonIN @Flipkart

@AmazonHelp Yes the delivery date was yesterday. This happened not only to the current product but also to the previous two orders.

@AmazonHelp They do not guarantee that a delivery will be made today nor give me a hub address so that i can go and collect it by myself. Not much help than the tracking order itself.
