@sanjaybpi Banking is not built on profits alone; it is built on people. When employees feel respected, supported, and secure, productivity follows naturally. Human well-being must never be sacrificed at the altar of profitability.
@sanjaybpi Behind every achievement in banking stands a dedicated workforce. Recognizing their mental and emotional well-being is not a cost to the organization—it is an investment in its future.
@sanjaybpi Numbers may drive business, but people drive institutions. Mental health, respect, and humane working conditions must receive equal importance. A truly successful banking sector is one where employees feel valued, heard, and supported.
@sanjaybpi Profitability is important, but people are the true strength of banking. A healthy, respectful, and supportive work environment must be treated as a priority. When employee well-being and mental health are neglected, the human cost becomes far greater than any financial gain.
@sanjaybpi Only Follow-up is going by departments without considering manpower arrangement & unfair HR practices. There are policies laid down but nothing followed in the true sense. Management should focus on mental counselling of the employees, rotation policy etc.
@sanjaybpi Once again an invaluable human resource wasted but no news, no movement from the govt. seems like the govt thinks only about its allies & their profit. No regulatory body, no accountability to sort out the inhuman work life disbalance & practices to protect the common man..
@sanjaybpi Reckless target oriented rat-race, Annual Promotion Ritual at all Stairs, Transfer Policy without humane face & as a tool of oppression mainly responsible for this..!!
@sanjaybpi Sir, Among service sectors, banking is one of the few industries where employees regularly face criticism, complaints, and undue pressure from customers, often for reasons beyond their control.
@sanjaybpi Is it growth? Growth at the expense of own ? Shame. Where we are heading. Shame on those who sees banking as career and profit making machine. Nationalised Banks were supposed to make inclusive growth. They have commitment to the society. This heartless banking must end.
@sanjaybpi Absolutely true Sir. Financial success loses its meaning if it comes at the cost of employee well-being. A healthy workplace culture and strong mental health support are essential for the long-term success of the banking industry.
@sanjaybpi Banking fraternity is growing aggrieved day by day due to inhuman torture and toxic work culture. Very sad, we lost one of our soldiers of Financial Army. #Bankerslifematter#WorkLifeBalance
@sanjaybpi Banking Industry is getting worsen day by day. No motivation, No respect, No empathy, No work life balance nothing only fighting for so called profits & that too from third party business & no core business. Basically the industry murders its own human resource.
@sanjaybpi This is something we were witnessing last few years. When something like that happens we protest but after that we fall asleep again and the countdown begins for the next one. We just don't understand that everybody does not have the art of work life balancing but we expect so!!!
@sanjaybpi Targets can be achieved, and profits can be earned, but an institution loses its soul when employees suffer in silence. Creating a culture of empathy and support is both a moral and organizational responsibility.
