I don't care about your HIPPA compliance: You're operating in India, and I need DPDP Act compliance.

Some points:
1. Do you have proof that we gave verified parental consent to the doctor before you processed our childs data? We didn’t give any consent. You’re processing our childs data without consent.

2. The moment you use the data for its own purposes, including building "Smart Health Reports" or personalisation or "programmatically using your data", you become a data fiduciary, not just a SAAS platform. at the scale at which you're processing health and childrens data, you're a significant data fiduciary, which means you need a data protection officer. I see no link for one on your website.

3. We see no terms of use on your website, and your purpose limitations are very broad. Your policies state you can use the data for the following purposes:
“to copy, reproduce, store, distribute, publish, export, adapt, edit and translate Personal Information to the extent reasonably required for the provision of Services by Orbi Health; to provide better products and Services and to programmatically use Your data to give You contextual Services.” That is really broad as a purpose, and we haven’t consented to contextual services.
4. You haven't defined what contextual services means. You are providing "AI Native Ambient Healthcare platform" for "patient context". Were our conversations in the doctors room recorded and processed? We did not allow this.
5. It also means means you’re processing childrens data and potentially behavioral monitoring which is explicitly prohibited in the DPDP Act.
6. If you're processing my childs data with AI, we will never consent to that, and we never have.
7. "For any other purpose for which You provide Us Personal Information" fails DPDP's purpose-limitation requirement.
8. You’ve disclaimed responsibility for unauthorized disclosure. Why should we trust you?

1. Delete/remove the alleged post/video from the platform immediately.

2. Provide the complete registrant details such as full name, address, contact details and email ID of the X account ID holder from which the above content is posted including login and logout details with time and date stamp.

3. Any other relevant information which may be useful for investigation of this case.
