@_austrian upgraded to business class 5 weeks ago only to discover the morning of my flight that it was canceled! To this day, I have not been credited back the money. What kind of customer service is that I ask?
@_austrian What is a reasonable waiting period for a refunded upgrade for a flight you canceled? I will NEVER fly @_austrian again (nor will I recommend) if this is not escalated and resolved ASAP. It’s not that difficult.
@_austrian I have submitted a claim ... weeks ago. Nothing. It is absurd that a customer is not immediately reimbursed. Are you not able to pull my complaint file?
