I'm waiting for @EtihadHelp reply from last 6 days. They are not giving proper response. Just telling us to wait for our response. We don't have any clothes to wear and foods to eat being an international student. You can even check how frequently they response.

You can check how they are giving response. You don't even know where our luggage is, and this is the type of service you provide to students. If you don't know how to run airlines, then shut down your airlines and give us. @EtihadHelp @frank__meyer @etihad

@etihad airways doesn't even know how to run airlines. You can't even find 3 bags of mine, then how can you run airlines. You can't even give me a PIR number 😂😂😂. First find 3 small bags of mine, then construct tall buildings to show the world.

@EtihadHelp replied on Friday to wait for their response. Then again on Tuesday, they told to wait for their response. You can't even find small bags, then how can you find where oil is in your @UAE. @UAEEmbassyUS kindly look into it.

You just don't have to find oil and export to other country. You have to help international student to get their bag and send it to their homes safely. We are out of foods and clothes. We are not rich like @UAE. Just help us. @frank__meyer @EtihadHelp

We are not going to fly through etihad ever in our life. We'll walk and swim from India to USA, but won't fly from @etihad ever ever in our life. @EtihadHelp you are not running an airlines, you're running small tours & travels company 😂😂😂

I flew from Abu Dhabi to Chicago on the 8th of August on an EY151 flight. I still haven't received my check-in bags till now. Being international students, we are facing a lot of problems. Highly disappointed with their service.

My brother is in Bloomington right now. He is going to Bloomington via Chicago by Etihad Airways and he received only 1 bag out of 3 bags and you said that your bag is not reached Chicago due to technical problem and you will get your bag in 3 days.@etihad @EtihadHelp @EtihadNFT

He is not the only one who didn't receive his bag apart from him there is 30-40 to students who didn't receive their bag. They tried to call you and mail you but you didn't reply. And they are suffer from many challenges because of foods and clothes.@etihad @EtihadHelp

They all are traveling to Chicago from Ahmedabad to Abu Dhabi to Chicago on Monday 8th of August and their flight detail are for ahmedabad to Abu Dhabi is EY 289 & from Abu Dhabi to Chicago is EY 151.@EtihadHelp @etihad

This is worst customer and flight experience my brother had in his life and other 30-40 students who didn't receive their bag. Are out of your mind or what? And they are not fly with Etihad Airways never in their life.@etihad @EtihadHelp

Or we have to go through legal way to solve this problem or by contacting international air transport association (IATA). choice is yours. My brother want his luggage back at any cost within 2 days or ready for consequences @EtihadHelp @etihad

It's been more than 10 days, I haven't received my luggage. Even I haven't received my PIR tracking number till now. This is the type of service @etihad provides. I don't know where my luggage is. We don't have any foods. @frank__meyer @EtihadHelp

I travelled from Chennai to Chicago Via Abu Dhabi on 10th of Aug.
50% of the passengers bags were not received. Filledup the form and gave it to Etihad team at ORD.
Didn't receive any PIR to track. Team said they will email the claim. No response yet.

Few copassengers whose baggage was delayed along with me, went back to Chicago airport and collected their luggage. Please check and confirm about this. If this is true, I will arrange for pickup.

One of the fellow passengers mentioned in their tweet that, some of their copassengers went to Chicago and picked thwir luggage.
I sent the same to Etihad.
Again same answer, we will look into it. Please give us some more time.

Travelled on flight #EY151 on August 8th from Abu Dhabi to Chicago O'Hare. We haven't received our baggage for the past 7 days. No reply or updates from @etihad @EtihadHelp
