Travelled on flight #EY151 on August 8th from Abu Dhabi to Chicago O'Hare. We haven't received our baggage for the past 7 days. No reply or updates from @etihad @EtihadHelp

One of the fellow passengers mentioned in their tweet that, some of their copassengers went to Chicago and picked thwir luggage.
I sent the same to Etihad.
Again same answer, we will look into it. Please give us some more time.

I flew from Abu Dhabi to Chicago on the 8th of August in EY151 and the baggage was delayed.
I’d like to get an update on where is my luggage. There’s literally nobody to contact or ask for an update! If you could update me on this, I’d be glad!

I have been to the ticket counter at ORD three times, and still waiting. According to the tracker my bags are in Washington Dulles and have moved from there in a week. This is starting to get crazy.
