@vfsglobalcare I recently submitted my passport renewal application to the Houston VFS center. However my application was rejected and I got the following email (PII removed) I have a few questions before I resubmit my application.

1. What documents do I need to upload, the email doesn’t say any specific documents, should I just upload the same documents I sent with the initial passport packet.

2. For the Annexure’s upload, do I need to sign the documents again or just add a latest date. Since I will be uploading signature and photos separately as well.

3. Do I reprint the same application or do I have to submit a new application with a new ARN and submit that to VFS.

@vfsglobalcare what number do I need to call to speak to some representative who can help with passport renewal queries - I sent my passport application to Houston center.

@vfsglobalcare my passport application status says that my documents are being sent back due to an application error, but I haven’t been given any tracking number to track when I will get my documents back. Can someone please help with this, as i plan to travel to India soon.
