Two genuine medical claims for my parents have been unfairly rejected/limited despite complete medical documentation. ₹70K claim rejected; ₹52K cataract claim approved for only ₹31.2K. Please intervene.

Case 2 – My father, Gladstone Coelho:
His cataract procedure cost ₹52,000, but Star Health approved only ₹31,200, marking ₹20,800 as “non-payable.” No co-pay or deductible was applied. We seek the exact policy clause and basis for this deduction.

Case 1 – My mother, Geeta Coelho:
Her ~₹70,000 claim was rejected on 26 Sept, citing “misrepresentation” and “multiple discrepancies,” despite complete hospital & medical documentation. Star Health has not clearly explained what was allegedly misrepresented.

After 2.5 yrs of blockage due to sewage work, the Shimpoli–Gorai road reopened just 3 months ago after concretisation.
Now it’s dug up again, with debris left on the road causing huge evenin traffic. Why is it dug up again in 3 months ?

NH 48 is a joke. Everyone knows how bad the situation is here, yet no extra effort is being taken by the govt. This is a testament to paying high taxes and living like pigs. Financial capital btw

A massive traffic jam has blocked the Mumbai-Ahmedabad National Highway since early morning, stretching from Vasai to Ghodbunder and reaching the Fountain Hotel.

The congestion began after a truck accident near Naigaon at 4:30 AM, 57 km from Mumbai. Drivers then started going the wrong way, worsening the traffic on both lanes.

Every lane in our area is dug up. Roads are reduced to the size of a footpath. Every dug up road leads to a intersection of sewage work. Its crzy how these projects are passed to ruin daily civic life. @mybmc @Dev_Fadnavis @nitin_gadkari
