,I think it's not my mistake ,how could Paytm initiate my friend's number to another person's merchant ,even my friend has personal UPI account in paytm.we were not aware of this mischief activity

Yesterday I made a payment to my friend in Paytm Rupee 10000 but after I sent I came to know the number was linked to some other person's Paytm business account,we confirmed after we got a message,we could access the merchant acc but not the bank acc.#refundpls
