yet. They know they are guilty. They know they have done nothing in many years to fix the horribly cramped lifts at the multi level car park that makes it very difficult for passengers. They are aware but they won’t do anything about it.

How do you even build a MLCP for many years and not even think about the basic requirements of your passengers - have wide and big lifts to accommodate trolleys?

I bet these @aaichnairport sadists will reply starting with “PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT….” Followed by some nonsense words that will show zero empathy or understanding of the pathetic situation highlighted in these pictures and videos.

That consistency, not any individual, is what builds public trust.

Food safety, ultimately, is not about inspections or enforcement for their own sake. It is about protecting people.
