Really impressed by the @ExeterCouncil winter shelter previewed today. It is much more than a shelter, it is a safe PIE space with practical advice and activity to help rough sleepers recover and move on. An #rsi initiative to watch @JohnIsserlis @JeremySwain

@stocksy_CJ @warrener_tracey Thanks Chris... there’s a lot to do / learn and implement and an esp long road ahead getting language & communication problems a higher profile in addressing homelessness. But today was a good start and more to follow. We have some seriously smart & inspiring professionals 👍
