I use 5 fx whole breast +/- single fx boost for some early stage breast cancer. @evicorehc and @Cigna rejected my prior authorization request for the single fraction boost! Would you rather me use the more expensive 16 fx whole breast and 5 fx boost? @ASTRO_org #Fixpriorauth
