It is now past 730 and we are watching a carousel that should be loaded with bags from at least four other planes circle the area with a total of six bags on it. Very unhappy with American. Probably will not fly with them again.

Our American Airlines flight out of LaGuardia that was to takeoff at 1:37 was canceled after three hours of waiting. We have been in a total of three lines trying to get rebooked, refunded, and reunited with our luggage.

@Budget We have been on hold with an answering machine, and sent from employee to employee. This not a good start to a much anticipated road trip.

@Budget That was 3 pm on Thursday. It is now 11:15 Friday morning. We have spent more than an hour and a half total trying to get someone from Budget to help us. It seems Budget needs to pay more attention to customer care.
