Can anyone help me on how to complain against easemytrip ? Customer support has not provided resolution. Fares debited from my card but ticket was not issued. They accepted there was a technical glitch however still no refund.

@EpfoHelp I do not have an employer , quit job on 15th Nov 2021. I placed a request to change Bank account to Kotak Bank on EPFO site on 11th Feb 2022. My ex-employer says they do not have any request for approval. So who will approve the bank account change.
