Arthur is just explaining the legal bullshit as to why the trial went the way it did. The prosecution had to prove she wasn’t in psychosis beyond a reasonable doubt. Which I agree is a tall mountain to climb. I think by definition you have to be psychotic to strangle your 3 young children with exercise bands. So I guess she’s not guilty under Massachusetts law. I really don’t GAF if she was psychotic she should rot in jail and any forgiveness should between her and god.

I was initially having a theory that TikTok likes this because the smaller creators don’t get paid out of the creator’s fund, but then my theory kind of falls apart when I think about it cause then why would all these people wanna download your content and take the time to upload it again, so I don’t know but either way it’s not fair to you..

I’m not completely stuck in the mud with doomerism on AI. I make lots of music with my since passed on dad‘s lyrics. I just need to get the courage to release the songs and see what happens.
