COMBINED REPORT FOR US CONGRESS & UN - ORLU, IMO STATE*

Subject: Three Incidents last week in Orlu Old Imo state currently Orlu United States of Biafra

- (1) Detention/Interrogation of Women and Children, (2) Discovery of Burnt Bodies (3) Extrajudicial killing - Actions by Nigerian DSS Chief, Nigeria delegitimized governors/politicians and President Tinubu terrorist Security Forces

INCIDENT 1 - Women and Children:

On September, 2026, Nigerian terrorist army personnel detained two women and two children. Video shows them seated on the ground surrounded by armed men in camouflage uniforms. All the detained missing.

Translation of Igbo audio:
"The soldiers were asking the women and children the location of their father and brothers and male children. The women fearfully describes the males. The women are civilians being pressured to produce male relatives.

INCIDENT 2 - Burnt Remains of Men:

On September 2026, in the same locality, video shows burnt bodies of men on the ground. According to the source community, these men were killed and burnt by Nigerian terrorist army personnel during operations in Orlu (nigeria terrorist killers seen surrounding burning bodies)

Pattern:

Residents in Orlu/Orsu operations, Nigeria security forces target communities, detain women and children to find men, and that extrajudicial killings have occurred.

The community describes the perpetrators as "Nigeria terrorist army recruited by delegitimized Nigeria governors in the Christian Biafra territory namely - Hope Uzodinma, Charles Soludo, Peter Mbah, Alex Oti acting on direct orders of the invading Nigeria government led by President Tinubu, Christopher Musa, Bianca Onoh Ojukwu, Nyesom Wike, Godswill Akpabio, Adeola OLUWATOSIN Ajayi - DSS Chief, Ola Olukoyode EFCC Chief

Relatives report torture of women/children, fear and killing of civilians.

This was why the United States of Biafra was redeclared to protect Orlu citizens from the terrorist soldiers deployed by the Nigeria state.

Confirmation of this patterns of abduction, killing, forceful removal was done by Biafra Nigeria agent - Chibuzo Egwuatu aka Ikenga Uruagu who in another video admitted working with Nigeria government and DSS Chief to hunt, remove and and kill Biafra citizens with his men. He confirmed he participated in the forceful removal of Ezinma that works at Tomi Tomi Nnewi to STOP Biafra Redeclaration. Ezinma is still missing. Chibuzo Egwuatu has not been arrested.

Formal classification for investigation/Action

- Potential arbitrary detention and torture of women and children

- Intimidation of family members / collective punishment

- extrajudicial killing and desecration of bodies

- Failure to protect civilians

1. US Congress / UN /EU/FBI/AU/UNHRC/Amnesty International/InterSociety to request explanation from Nigeria President Tinubu and Peter Obih on operations in Orlu

2. Protection for women and children and men in Orlu/Orsu and all Biafra territory.

3. Nigeria state withdrawal from Orlu and the 40 States of Biafra Christian Nation Redeclared November 29, 2024 in Lahti

4. Release of Biafra leaders - Simon Ekpa and Nnamdi Kanu from prisons to help save lives
