@IndiGo6E MHB T1D Delhi told me on call right now that the baggage cannot be found in Terminal 2.
This is sheer negligence, whereas I mentioned the staff numerous times it has expensive equipments worth more than 5000$. @IndiGo6E
The baggage consists of camera equipments belonging to BBC News India. My shoots have been delayed and when I called MHB T1D today morning at 7.30am, they are still unsure if it arrived at Terminal 2 Delhi. @IndiGo6E
I was promised at the airport that the baggage would be delivered to my address as it is Indigo’s fault.
But I kept calling MHB INDIGO TERMINAL 1D New Delhi and i was told the baggage has arrived at Terminal 2 but we are not able to contact them.
