@AsdaRewardsScam I have one mission on my app for baby products. I don’t have children and have not purchased anything to make this an appropriate goal. It’s inappropriate and disrespectful, at least Sainsbury and Tesco make suggestions based on previous purchases.
@TalkTalk I was given two dates for the installation, neither were correct. I was told my order was awaiting verification last Friday, it’s still waiting verification. It’s just a load of miss information and empty apologies, oh and an offer of £20 because I cannot live in my own home .
@TalkTalk worst customer service EVER! Just spent 2 and a half hours on Chat to be told exactly the same information as last week and they cannot even manage my complaint for another week, it was logged last week No service recovery attempted. I cannot live in my own home!
@TalkTalk I appreciate the reply but if customer services on chat and complaints cannot give me any updates in 2.5 hours today, then I doubt you can either. The worst experience I have ever had, and it’s not getting better. I’m living with a friend purely because of TalkTalks incompetence
