@InstacartHelp @Instacart having a circular convo w/ your reps. i purchased 2lbs of this meat that clearly says 4g of fat. i received meat that is very clearly 15g of fat. your reps refuse to refund, claiming i added it so i bought it. this is false advertising. pls help!

@OpenTable I tried to use my points today. The transaction failed. She tried 5 times. We literally chose this place because it was eligible for OpenTable rewards. How can you resolve this????

@Instacart yet again the shopper delivered across the street to a locked condo. And I keep getting rejected from refunds! I'm sorry your shoppers are having trouble with the address. Maybe you should store a photo of the house so they can verify. I would like my $$ back!!!
