I was verbally assaulted by a female attendant at the Indian Oil pump beside Balanagar Metro Station, Hyd when I politely pointed out her failure to follow the queue system. Her use of abusive language was unacceptable. Pl verify cc tv &take action 7/5

They opened this drainage channel so that it would be easy for GHMC workers to push this trash into it.
Kindly close it and clear the space ensuring people would not continue this practice of throwing their waste here
